Hi,does anyone know why i get an awful burning and pain in my chest when i have a hot drink,also in my throat too ???

Does it just feel like the hot fluid moving down into your stomach? Because that just means you're drinking something hot, you just are feeling the heat. I get that a lot when I gulp my tea before it's cooled down a bit.
