Chest pain, very sore

Was sick a few nights ago so I'm wondering if linked.

I've been having chest pain for the last two days or so, particularly today - it feels like I have been punched in the chest between my breasts and is very sore, when I move, swallow etc. Anything that involves using my chest seems to hurt. Likely to be muscular or worth asking for help? GP said earlier she wasn't concerned (phoned about other things and mentioned it), Mum isn't at all worried but I am? Never felt so sore before.

Add me to the list! Although mine has been chronic (on and off since October) and mixed with horrible back pain and lightheadedness. Been to the doctors and ER many times, have done almost heart test imaginable and it's all come back normal. So hard to accept this is "just anxiety". :(
