Ladies question

Was wondering if any ladies who take diazepam find that it seems to be more potent while you're on your period? I've been taking it for a couple of days now and it's been helping me but I took one tonight and I feel very spaced out and almost unsteady on my feet.

Hi Lisa, been on it since November 4mg 3 times day and can honestly say I haven't noticed any change at that time of the month....only possibly that I become more anxious lol. Diazepam has quite a long half life ie. it stays in the body for quite a long time, so you do tend to get a build up in your system. That's why it's usually only prescribed in the short term or for 'as and when' use. You don't say what dose you are on or if you are taking it on a regular basis, but I hope this helps a bit.
