Raised gland in neck

I've got a very sore raised gland in the back of my neck just under my ear. I'm not worried about it but was just wondering if the ache can go into the side of your head too, for a very small gland the pain seems to be raidiating into that side of my head too. Thank you x

Yes it can Pauline. However tempting it is try not to touch or press the gland, it will go down a lot quicker if it is left undisturbed.
