Anyone get vertigo with their tmj?? And does if affect your sinuses?

Wonder if this is why I'm so off balance etc

I got undiagnosed tmj. But make no mistake about it. I got it. And yeah. Dizzyness comes with it along with a lot more. So dont worry.
