Remember what I told you this morning - let people in and tell them how you feel - do not be afraid of telling the powers that be how low you are feeling.

They are there to help you.

You have done your best with the situation and tried to repair it - now it is up to the "grown ups" to take the next step and all you can do is learn from your mistakes and hope that next time you will be given an opportunity to establish a good relationship with your foster parents.
