Hello everyone.

37 year old chap here, newly registered (although I've visited for a while).

I've been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks since around August 2011, although I had them way back in the 90s on a couple of occasions.

I'll no doubt post questions about all sorts of things, but I just wanted to say 'hello' to begin with. You all seem so friendly!
