i have had a mixed day really bouts of good and bouts of bad at the minute its quite good i have too say but then again i do enjoy the late afternoon time as i know its almost bedtime and get a little rest sleeping and not thinking lol .... spoke too my mental health worker today and cbt is on the cards they are coming too discuss it tommorow so looking forward too that :)
