i did my first driving lesson.... yay!!!

so after months of putting it off thinking i wouldnt be a ble to cope. i plucked up the courage to do my first driving lesson. i felt completely sick with anxiety this morning, but ive got to say it was worth it..... i did my first lesson today and i actually really enjoyed it and completely forgot about my anxiety. i have got another lesson booked for friday. :yahoo:

well done Lee that's a real achievement :D I'm in the same boat apart from I haven't got the courage up yet :S so it's inspiring to hear even though the anxiety was really bad you started to enjoy it once you got into it

:yesyes:Well done - it was the best thing I ever did and I was suffering with bad anxiety/depression and my medication was working and gave me the confidence to start lessons - took me only 3 months and passed first time - so here's hoping!!

You will find it will be one of the best things you ever have done.
