Back again!! :'(

Here we go again :'( .. Im getting symptoms and my anxiety hits the roof .. Can anybody shed some light on my symptoms? I am so worried its serious i.e a form of cancer etc :'(

Facial numbness starts above eye and eyelid on n off i also get prickly feeling now and then in places
Clenching my jaw alot
When i wake up i feel like my body is tremoring, this will last about a min
Twitches in my neck my neck crunches and sometimes feels like a beat
Dry eyE
Visual snow
Tired
Irritable/short tempered
And im concentrating on my enlarged lymph node again! That ive had for years :(

try not too worry being anxious will certainly make your symptoms a hell of a lot worse i am going through the same thing but my symptoms are more heart and breathing but still whatever the symptoms it is still very worrying and i feel for you the second most important thing is do not google anything lol as i am sure you already know it is the number one we all think of but refraining from it is definitely an advantage i would advise you too book an appointment with your gp and tell him/her all of your concerns good luck
