heavy shaky arms and hands

Is this a symptom of panic? i feel so shaky and my arms feel heavy and overworked!
its so horrible, its how i felt yesterday!
I cant tell whats anxiety and whats fibro! xx

Hi April,

I get this in my left arm. Two of my fingers also go numb and tingle. I mentioned it to the doctor yesterday at hospital and he asked me if I've neck pain as its a muscle thing. Well that put my mind at rest and now I know it's just anxiety.

Try having a really good stretch and reach your arms above your head and then backwards.

Move those muscles and get them working again and it may help.

I get the heavy shaky arms too. As you know I also have fibro and panic and I think I find that my arms are worse first thing in the morning and when I am tired. I really struggle sometimes plaiting my daughter's hair for school !
