Here's a thing. Has anyone ever tried aggression to help with anxiety?

Now don't get me wrong, I don't mean violence nor anything to do with other people. What I mean is, being aggressive towards the anxiety.

When my anxiety makes me weak, sometimes I feel very angry towards "the anxiety itself" and it seems that if I were to become aggressive towards the idea of anxiety then I would feel much better.

I'm wary about letting rip though as I might go off on one! Is this approach likely to be counter-productive?

I've actually tried this but the bloody anxiety always wins and I end up in tears, totally exhausted, and feeling duped yet again......Kitti :)

I do find when I get angry my anxiety leave me.
