Tounge?

When feeling anxious does anyone else's tounge feel weird? Like its going down there throat! i have this feeling alot and i hate it! :(

Hi, I've had similar problems regarding my tounge for some years.. Think im going to swallow it, and its really bad at some times. Panic attacks and a daily basis anxiety about it..

Difficulty swallowing and the lump in the throat behind the tongue are classic anxiety symptoms.
