Hi, my names Lesley, l'm a 50 year old woman, who has suffered with anxiety, depression and agoraphobia for the last 15 years. I'm finding it very difficult to cope with just now, as my anxiety symptoms have gotten worse for some reason, and l'm so worried something is seriously wrong with me this time!!!:weep:

Hi Lesley, Just wanted to say that my anxiety seems to have got worse in the last few months and I am wondering if it may be due to the changes women of our age go through. Hormones eh !
