Hi Guys!
Since my docs think i have IBS, i cut coffee out of my diet because i know that when i drink it i need to go to the loo asap.
Since iv done that my toilet habbits seem to be fine??
So could IBS be reason my stomach is always so uncomfortable and full of gas?? im on some tablets now, apercap? peppermint oil which are helpingn with my stomach, but im worried in case it may be something else and not IBS??
Rarely i get cramps before i go to the loo but its not all the time, and if i drink Lager, then immediatly gas comes up my throat for hours! could this be IBS related? x
