Quick question???

Hi everyone,

I've been on Citalopram roughly 3 weeks started on 10mg then last week upto 20mg. Has anyone else ever had sensitive eyes to light while taking this med? It seems my pupils are dilated and don't contract in when its light! It's only been happening since I started this med so guess its a side effect. Any replies would be appreciated and thank goodness I have a dark pair of sunglasses.

Hi Mick, yes this is a normal side effect until you get used to the meds. Stick in there and let us know how you get on.

yes my pupils were huge to begin with and light sensitive but they have settled down :shades:

Thanks for the replies I'm over the worst of the side effects, Just need this spaced out feeling to go and then I'll be a happy chap again. Thanks again.
