help please?

Hello, ive wrote a few things on here.. but my HA is bad atm! this quiestion may be more aimed for advice from a woman, anyway ' Ive got this pain in my left breast, and it feels like its in my shoulder which is worrying me, not sure if its because i came on my period today.. my periods arnt regular because i have the implant! just a little advice needed if anyone can help? many thanks :)

Yes I have had the same exact pain on and off for months now... My period makes I much worse! So weird because it's also almost always on the left side too. Mine not only goes into my shoulder but also the upper and mid back. Doctors say is muscular/stress related because of all the tension and improper breathing from anxiety. It wouldn't hurt to get it checked out if u haven't done so.. Just for some piece of mind. :)

If it feels like its coming from your shoulder but its making your breast hurt, its highly likely youve strained a pectoral muscle as then go under your breast. Maybe you lifted something recently or did some exercise that caused it? Periods usually cause a differnt kind of ache, usually mastitis, which is easily identifiable because if you jump up and down, theyll be really achey.
