depression group :)

had second depression group 2nite, although took hour to get there and hr to get home i stahyed for the session for the full 2 hours and 15 mins or so.

began to learn few things and going to set some achievable goals to put on a timetable for next week wot i can plan.... including goin a bus to town to get some things i need, going out for tea with my friend.
