Acid reflux

Hi, am ten days into my cit programme, have all the nasty side effects associated with the cit. Have recently started eating small amounts to keep me ticking over but am starting to experience a lot of acid reflux and burning stomach is this another side effect ?, advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Hiya,

I had abit of acid early on best thing I found was drink a glass of milk as its alkaline so it neutralises the acid. Give it a go and message me if you need a hand with anything else.
