Hi Joanne,

Welcome to the forum, you will get a lot of good advice here and make some new friends.

I had CBT on the NHS, but I do know that it isn't availiable everywhere, your doctor will be able to tell you of it is available in your area.

Take care

Welcome to the site Joanne,

Enquire about getting CBT on the NHS, and let us know what they say.

You be able to get help elsewhere, some charities do CBT over the phone and the Phobics Siociety can offer reduced rate CBT for their members.

Meanwhile, I hope you can get some comfort from this site.
