Bleeding, Stomach problems and more

I have been bleeding everytime i go to the toilet for the past 8-9 days and the last few days I have felt extremely tired and dizzy and my heart rate seems quite fast.

I feel like i am going to die any minute or any day now.

If you are still concerned, go back to your GP.

It is more than likely due to piles if the blood is bright red.

The metallic taste in your mouth can be due to Anxiety.

piles and/or a fissure (a tear). It may need some treatment or suppositories to clear it up so go and see the doc please.

I've also had this today; I've had it before and it never fails to panic me, but my Dr says if its red its probably due to piles which I know I have.
