Hi...

Just need some advice before I go totally mentally insane :(
Last night I had my first ever night sweat... Well for someone with h.a it's not good my mind has gone into over drive and now I'm panicking That something is really wrong... I keep feeling my body like everyone hour too check myself... Why the hell did I have this night sweat..my top was soaking but the bed sheets weren't... Can anyone help me... I'm not on medication as it made me feel
Worse so I no its not a side effect from that xxx

I get these a lot and especially leading up to and during my period.

OOhh y see I was on the pill but came off it... And have just stopped my period xx

yes hormones!! i get it alot , but im peri=menopause now i think..
