Hi all,

I learned a bit about this at my CBT session today and had never heard of it before...Therapist says this is where I am stuck at the moment. We are going to discuss further next week but I found this link for those who were not aware like me! (I hope it's ok to post this).....

If anyone has any info or experience of this I would be interested to hear from you.

Kitti :)

I've heard of this too, and I think it's much under-discussed.

I think people can get 'stuck in life', afraid to make decisions etc. and this is similar to the freeze response.

... I think I may have described myself actually...

Maybe it's time to re-visit the therapist then MrRedShirt???

I'm very interested to learn more about it next week, will keep you posted on my CBT diary :) Kitti.

Looking forward to your updates, I'm sure it'll go well. :)

I'm fine thanks Kitti. Hope you're ok.

I was just watching tv and found myself holding my breath and then doing a big sigh! Very strange.
