strange head pains!

Hi,

Looking for some reassurance please, I keep experiencing pain in my head, the only way I can describe them are like elastic bands "pinging" sometimes they can be quite sharp, is this part of anxiety? I dont experience them every day but when they do appear I tend to worry about them! thanks :)

Head zaps they are called and normal - we all get them

If they persist long term then see doc but I get them occasionally
