is 120Mg dangerous for me?

I took one 40mg yesterday about 3pm and today was very nerve wracking so had 120mg.. Is this dangerous?? I've only started taking it but it helps me to stop shaking and worrying so much. Thank you. (if this matters, I also had 4mg of diazepam yesterday)

I had a look at the box and it says up to three a day...I was just unsure of whether it meant I could start on that lol. Thanks anyway

It's fine don't worry. The thing to watch is the diazepam.
