Heartburn or heart attack???

Hey lovelies,

I'm suffering with pain in my chest ATM, prnetrating right through to my back and hurts a lot. I suffer with anxiety so taking deep breaths makes me worse (ie I feel pain when I breathe). I am on meds for acid reflux so it's probably this but I'm so so paranoid in case it isn't as my heart rate is slightly elevated.

How would I know the difference? Would I be in severe severe pain by now???

To be honest you wouldn't be on here asking if you were having a heart attack you would be calling 999.

You would have a heavy crushing feeling in the middle of the chest and typically pains in one of the arms as well

I'd definately say acid reflux as i have the same thing and suffer the same symptoms.

Definately doesn't sound heart related to me either.
