Twitching!

OK... i've had eyelid twitching (only in upper right eyelid) for over two weeks now, and last night the side of my nose started doing it too. trying to sleep while this is going on is so hard, i'm constantly rubbing or slapping my face and convincing myself i have some neurological problem....HELP!!

I've just replied to a similar query on this...

I have had twitching in my eye lids for years, it's funny cas out of no where my eye feels like it's twitching 100 miles an hour...if I ask someone if they see it moving they say no....

I don't think it's anything bad....just one of those little things...

iv had this its so annoyin!! mine was on my nostril and my toungue but i also get it in my lip and eye lid xx
