really scared

So my lymph nodes are getting a little bigger every day and are still sore. It has been a couple days. I also have a lot of muscle pain which I thought was a strain, but now I am terrified. They are close to the bottom of my neck and I am afraid of it spreading to the collar bone ones.

Any thoughts?

Hi there

Checking them alot by poking and prodding will cause you pain and discomfort. Try not to do this for a few days and i bet you will notice a difference hun.
