hey guys, wondered if you could help me work out what kind of headache i have??

hey guys, well i dunno what type of headache i have as its a new kind to me which i haven had before so curious i suppose, well basically its a very sharp strong shootin pain in my left temple it really hurts alot and lasts afew minutes on and off then goes for afew hours then comes back etc i dont grind my teeth or clench my jaw etc so i wouldnt have thought it was tmj i dunno tbh lol just want to know roughly so i can just get on with it without endin up in a panick thankyou xx

hmm yinno i think i may be due soon i dont know exactly but been gettin some tummy cramps, ta hun xx
