Hi,

Newbie here, female 45 yrs married 3 kids and 3 grandchildren.

Got Fibromyalgia and severe osteoarthritis in lower back,

severe depression and anxiety and recently started getting panic attacks,

See my 1st therapist on thursday 12th.
