I need a quick answer please

Morning and Happy Easter

Ok quick question ... I cant remember if i took my Cit (20mg) this morning so do i :

a) Take one (and take the risk that this might mean i have had 40mg)

or

b) Dont take one (which may mean I wont have and any since yesterday morning)

Take one, thats what I do, and it doesnt seem to do any harm, if I actually miss one then I feel pretty rough the next day, so I reckon having two doses is better than none

And if you get the packs without the days written on them ( I do sometimes ) get a fine permenant marker pen, and write the days on yourself, then its easy to look and see if you have taken it or not :)

id take one too.....i feel crap next day like mike does if i miss a dose....o and debs....get a tablet organiser, monday to friday, and put tabs in, then youll know if youve taken ;) xxxxxxxxxx

oh i know i know - Mike you suggested that before and i did do it ...but forgot on this pack (doh) ...Jac okkkkkkkkkk i will go buy one !!

Ps: I took half a tablet - best of both worlds :D
