Enhanced back pain - Help

I have suffered for quite a while with minor lower back pain usually kept in check with Ibrufen ( Uncomfortable but Managable ).

Since starting the Cit it seems to have made the pain worse or more noticable, does anybody know if Cit Can increase muscle tension.

All advice well appreciated.
