Chest Thuddering/Weird sensations

Over the last few days sometime when I'm walking or even when I am sat down I am getting this very heavy thuddering feeling in the middle of my chest like a very heavy sudden push/crush feeling, this makes me feel like I might have a heart or lung problem.

I'm 30 and don't smoke or drink heavy should I be worried?

It sounds a little like an ectopic heartbeat to me. But if you're concerned, you really should speak with your GP - none (or few) of us on the forums are medically trained.
