Hello. I'm hoping to find people who have experienced coming off Citalopram after a prolonged period. I'm doing it gradually, but at half dose (now 20, down from 40 on January 1/12, 30 @ February 1/12, to 20 at March 1/12), I'm finding my anxiety and depression is quite high again. I don't know how long to anticipate this will take, or whether in the end I'll have to admit that it's depression, and not withdrawal, and I'll need to take the meds indefinitely. I'm OK with that, but don't want to give up too soon. Many thanks.
