Been bk to gp today

Felt really bad over easter so went back to my gp and explained pains in chest and pains in arm. She could see i was clearly upset and said i have a chest infection again so was given more antibiotics all my anxiety meds have gone up again:weep: just so down noone seems to understand in my family feel so alone.

Hi there,

You've done the right thing going back to see your GP and she obviously understands.

I often think how hard it must be for our families to understand fully as they've not experienced what it feels like. Outsiders don't know why we can't just snap out of it - if only it were that easy.

Some people have said it helps to point them to this site to look at what people post as you can really see what people are feeling. I've not done this myself but it might help?
