I had this 2 wks ago and it's come back it's my lower right portion of my tummy, it's sore to touch the muscle & it's I tense it cough etc it's achy. I have worked out or done any exercise so why would this hurt. Worried its a tumour or something pushing on the muscle.

Pain aim lower right side, little bit in my rib and groin that bit doesn't feel muscular.
