Hi all,
I've just started an account here for two reasons. The first is to find out more about panic attacks as I am currently training to be a psychologist. Secondly I am setting up a website where people can send in experiences of having mental health conditions.
I am trying to create a place for many conditions and many experiences by real people to be in one well monitored place. I am currently looking for people to inspire others by talking about their mental health. This can be a text, video or audio entry.
