i'm at a serious low right now. People have been giving me hell at college and all my friends have turned against me. My anxiety causes me to have freak outs and outbursts as a kind of defence, but i only realise they happen afterwards and I get so embarrassed.
It's now gone around that I self harm and I have been accused of attention seeking, even about an old suicide attempt.
I'm now scared of leaving the house, so whenever my boyfriend wants to meet up he has to come to my house.
Honestly struggling to find the will to carry on.
