Hi all,
30 year old male here from England. G.A.D sufferer since early teens but have found different ways of coping. Recently have gone through a very significant period of 'death anxiety' and am now scrabbling around on the internet to see if I'm alone - it would appear not.
Hard to go to work tomorrow with a brave face in the 'real world'. Glad to have found this forum.
