funny beat- exercise?

hey, just checking to see if this happens to anyone else??.. they get like an extra beat.. or a funny heart jump kind of.. or like a one second rapid beat after/ during exercise!? always seems to happen when running up stairs! anyone?

Hi, I get weird palps all the time for various different situations, so there is one type when resting, another when suddenly nervous or anxious, another for when ive finished exercising and then one im having right now which is really scaring me because its different. I hate them :weep: They are making me so frightened all the time, I understand what you're going through.
