It's not my appendix I've had them removed.

I have this full feeling lower right side as if I have a ball in there... It's weird. The muscle kinda hurts too..

Wind, constipation any of that possible

If you know you are constipated then its prob that too and also wind can def cause it. But constipation can actually be painful.

If it continues then I would see your gp for extra help with it.

This is what I'm getting and this is my post!!! It's also like sharp fast stabbing. What if all this time it's been ovarian cancer!!!

I've been getting this too for a while and the doctors didn't seem worried at all (I asked twice!). It unsettles me too. I don't think it's ovarian cancer though, I've been told by these 2 doctors it may just be pain from the gut - if it's irritated, there's inflammation etc., or an ovarian cyst.

Due to other more pressing issues, I was referred for an abdominal ultrasound and they said it would include the ovaries too. You should try to get it investigated. Maybe this will help your mind: I remember I had an episode of this right side pain for several months about 10 years ago and here I am.
