im not feeling well atall at the moment was fine this morning but now i feel like crap so i have to wait 2 hours for doctors so im trying to control my anxiety and panic from coming on its nearlly happened twice with the way i feel makes me panic more:weep:

Sorry you are feeling so bad terror. I know it's easier said than done, but try keep distracted, burn off some of that adrenalin, breathe slowly and deeply. I do hope you are ok.... remember, it's just thoughts the panic won't hurt you but none the less it is very frightening. I hope you are ok :hugs:Kitti
