I have recently changed to sertraline but I read you shouldn't take ibuprofen such as nurofen etc with sertraline. The problem is that is the only one that works for me and I have been getting daily headaches from the side effects of sert so have been taking nurofen every day. I only take two pills at night so I can sleep but will this be ok because the headaches are getting so bad.

not sure where you read this so don't know how true it is. I know I have been on sert for 10 years and took nurofen every month.
Hopefully the headaches will ease soon once your body gets adjusted to the new meds

hi ive been on sert for 5 months and my doctor has prescribed me 400mg ibuprofen tablets for foot pains. ive been taking them regularly without anything bad happening to me. my doctor wouldnt have prescribed them if they was going to interfere with my sert. :)

Great, thanks. It did only say that you need to speak to the doctor if you take them but obviously my anxiety was making me worried more!!
