with my depression etc

ok here go s. last april i came home from work to find my partner had left me after 23 years together i was left a dear john letter
its coming up to one year but it still feels like yesterday i moved out of london a moth later and found my own place in buckinghamshire
over the past 11 months i have been on a roller coaster ups and downs i lost most of my friends when i moved
and in dec lost my job the job thing is about to change
but i still miss my partner i have now been to the doctors and have been given citalopram 20mg one a day
and some sleeping tabs to help me sleep
so I'm on here trying to understand whats going on in my head
