Worry over colour of my eyelids!!

Does anyone else, especially of a certain age (43) have discoloured eyelids? Mine seem to be peachy/yellow/brown ish & now I am panicking about a very rare disease called Dermatomyositis?
I am awaiting results of blood tests which should be back tomorrow, looking for ANA antibodies for lupus etc, so I'm very very anxious anyway.
My husband says my skin is the same colour it has always been, but i think as i've aged it's become a different shade?
Also does anyone else have tiny white scars or spots of hypo pigmentation mainly on the hands and wrists? Not like vitiligo though

yep my mum does hers are a light brown looks like shes wearin eye shadow and iv seen alot of older people witht he same :) xx
