Lately ive noticed Ive quite a hump at the base of my neck at the back. Im 34 and a little overweight. Im exercising a lot. Im depressed at the thought it might be a permanent thing, but then it feel like fat and not bone, so if it was fat, could i possibly get rid of it through exercise? Im depressed at the thought Ive got a permanent prolem :(
