hello new to this

hi i have suffered with panic attacks since my late teens, i have had every therapy going and taken every pill available i am now on citalapram and diazipam
i have a child with severe dyslexia and adhd and dad has just told us he is unhappy and leaving us.
this has come as a massive shock, i am worried that all the stress is going to bring the panic to crisis point, i need to be strong for my son any advice please.

I really feel for you - you've got a lot to deal with at the moment. I just wanted to welcome you and assure you that you're not on your own. There will be people here who have been through similar situations and I'm sure they'll give you some support.
