Can anyone else feel there groin lymph nodes?!

For over a year now I have been able to feel my lymph nodes in my groin, 2 on each size, the biggest being about 1cm in size, they are a constant worry to me!? ive read that if lymph nodes are equal both sides then there fine? these ones i can feel do not move, feel pretty fixed, after ive been prodding with anxiety they get a bit sore! with having them for a year could it be a bad thing? can anyone else feel them? soo worried !! need some re assurance please. Thanks everyone!

I've gone through hell with my lymph nodes, I've often wished to have them all removed just to stop me searching for them.

Yes, I can feel my lymph nodes in most places on my body if I press down hard enough. I am very thin, which doesn't help matters.
The ones in my groin are particularly noticeable to me because I carry little wait in that area. That often means they are irritated by my knickerline, which of course sends me into blind panic....:blush:
