I keep freaking outwith palps again. Went thru this 2 yr aho im freakin out right now ca. Barely type.
I know its not a heart attack ive had the tests but still doesnt stop me start thinkin oh no its gna stop! Holy moly i hate panic attacks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:

The key is to not freak out, just say to yourself, ok had this before, not scared, not interested, whatever..... if you dont care, it will die off, its just adrenaline, and if you freak out it will keep building up..... if you dont care and just say yeah watever, it will just die off....
