Hi,
I've been on 10mg Propranalol twice a day since December but recently I have been getting very tense so the doctor told me yesterday to double the dose and take 10mg 4 times a day which I started yesterday, today I feel awful, I can't remember feeling like this when I started on them, I woke at 4am and couldn't get back to sleep and felt in a trance, I feel quite sick and my appetite is almost nil today, the doctor told me they would help me to eat and sleep but it seems to be having the opposite affect, has anyone else experienced this and if so does it wear off after a few days? Thanks.
